Сдам дом 50 кв. м на участке 6.5 соток. Дом со всеми удобствами, 6 полноценных спальных места: одна двухспальная кровать, два двух спальных дивана, дополнительно имеется две раскладушки. В аренду дома входит беседка с мангальной зоной, решётки, шампура. На участке стоит баня, она оплачивается отдельно 3000т, мы баню подготавливаем вы топите сами, но после 23-00 топить запрещено. На территории ведётся видео наблюдения. Стоянка есть во дворе и за воротами участка. Рядом с домом находится пруд с пляжем и детской площадкой. Время заезда с 16-00, время выезда до 13-00
